Turtle Creek Affiliate Pay Per Click (PPC) Bidding Policy
Turtle Creek highly encourages bidding on search terms to increase the potential to sell our poker odds calculator products. Bidding at some of the larger pay per click search engines (PPCSE), such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN, is a great way to drive traffic to our product sites and send your commission checks even higher.
Along with the larger PPCSE's, there are numerous smaller engines such as Miva, Looksmart, and several others. Please feel free to contact us affiliates@superpokeraffiliates.com if you have any questions regarding PPC advertising.
Turtle Creek has the least restrictive PPC bidding policy in the online gambling industry. Please see below for the only rules governing this form of advertising.
Turtle Creek Terms
You are not allowed to bid on our trademarked terms and branded keywords (or their variants) (e.g. calculatem odds calculator, holdem genius poker odds). Advertisements should not include "Official Site" or similar wording. You may not make representations that your advertisement is related to our company in any way. Direct PPC is allowed, however you may not use our URL (or any variants, such as alternate spelling or others as provided in the list below) in ad subject/title, ad copy or display. If you are doing PPC on Google, you will need to have your own landing pages, hosted on your own servers. Here's a list of our restricted trademarked terms and variants. This list is not exhaustive and does not include all variants, misspellings or second-level domains (such as .co.uk).
You are required to be truthful about any advertisement representing our poker odds calculator products including information surrounding price, free licenses and sales offers. You are not to represent your advertisement as an official Turtle Creek endorsed advertisement or site. We reserve the right to exclude any part or all of our PPC Bidding Policy for individual affiliates at our sole discretion. If the terms of this PPC Bidding Policy are breached, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate your affiliate status. We may from time to time modify our PPC Bidding Policy. Any changes made to the PPC Bidding Policy will either be emailed to you or posted on our website affiliates@superpokeraffiliates.com. It is your responsibility to visit our website frequently to make sure you are up to date with the latest version of our PPC Bidding Policy.
